TheStreet reports on the Walt Disney Company’s offer to takeover Euro Disney at a premium, at 2 euros a share, which did not satisfy CIAM’s demands. It notes that the Walt Disney Company charged incredibly high fees to the debt-laden French theme park operator.
The Street reports that Zodiac has approved its acquisition by Safran on the day of its AGM, which suggests that the company wanted to avoid releasing results of a vote on executive pay launched by CIAM.
